UPS Shipping Option
TheClothingCove.com uses USPS for all domestic shipments, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S.A. territories. USPS does not deliver on Sunday or Holidays.
We can ship your order by UPS to rural areas for an additional charge. After you place an order, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org to request UPS shipment to a rural area. We will reply with the additional ship fee amount to be collected before shipment. UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you notice an incorrect shipping address on your order, contact us immediately at 1-866-685-2500. We will make every attempt to correct the shipping address. Changes in addresses after the package has shipped will incur a USPS re-direct fee that we will need to collect so we will email the details to you.
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you by the phone number and email address on your order to collect the re-ship fee.
Please call us immediately at 1-866-685-2500 if your package is damaged before delivery. Send details and photos in an email to email@example.com. Save all the entire package, with original packaging materials, if the contents are damaged. We will discuss your options by phone and email to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. In some cases, we can work with you to replace the item as soon as possible.
Promotional Shipping Rates are not available through USPS.
You will receive an auto-e-mail confirming your merchandise has been shipped. Remember to change your e-mail settings to accept all e-mails from firstname.lastname@example.org. Your e-mail will include a tracking number so shipment can be tracked through the United States Postal Service site: www.usps.com (or United Parcel Service site: www.ups.com, if you emailed us for a special request, UPS shipment option).
If our shipment delivery is refused by the customer for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an incorrect/invalid shipping address, the customer will be charged for return shipping or if a refund is to be issued, the shipping fee will be subtracted from the refund amount.

TheClothingCove.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please note: The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to send the item(s) back to The Clothing Cove for a refund/exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return/exchange as long as it meets the following criteria:
1- Merchandise must be in new, unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition with original tags still attached.
2- All Social Wear, Pierced Earrings, Crystal Jewelry, Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
3- Mail all packages to The Clothing Cove/ Attn: Order Processing/ 414 N. Main St., Milford, MI 48381.
4- Package must be postmarked for return within 14 days of your receipt. You may pack your return merchandise in the original white packaging if it is available.
5- Any returns not postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery will be exchange or store credit only. Sorry, no returns allowed past 30 days of purchase date.
6- Complete the Return/Exchange section of the Return and Exchange form that was included with your order. Check the appropriate reason for the return. Include the form inside the box.
7- We will refund the receipt cost of the item(s) only; we will not refund the shipping and handling fee on your order. All refunds must be made in the form of payment on your order.
8- Using the delivery service of your choice, we suggest you obtain a tracking number and insure your package for the full value of the merchandise being returned. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in shipping.
9- Check your e-mail (including Spam folder). Usually your credit card company, PayPal or Amazon will send notification after processing refunds. Your financial institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account statement.

After you ship the item for an exchange at your expense, we will mail an exchanged item, at our expense, one time per order.
