Question: How do I order from your website?
Answer: Ordering from TheClothingCove.com is easy. See something you want? Choose your size and color, then add it to your shopping bag by clicking the "add to shopping bag" button. Your shopping bag can hold an unlimited number of items. Click on "view" to review its contents and remove items at any time. When you're through shopping, click on the "checkout" button. Fill out your billing and shipping information. Nothing is charged to your credit card until you've completed the entire check out process and your order has been shipped.
Question: What forms of payment do you take?
Answer: TheClothingCove.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Your credit card won't be processed until you've confirmed your total amount. If we encounter a problem with your card, you will be notified immediately. You will then have the opportunity to resubmit a new number. The credit card is finally charged once the items are shipped so you won't be charged for out-of-stock items. To place an order using a gift card, gift certificate or a store credit, you will need to call us at 1-866-685-2500 and ask to place a verbal/handwritten order. Your order will be processed once we verify your payment.
Question: Will I get a shipping confirmation?
Answer: After completing your order with TheClothingCove.com, you'll receive an email with your order number, so it's important that you save the message! Once we've packaged all of your items, we will send you another email informing you that your order has been shipped. At this time we will also bill your credit card. Finally, we will provide you with a UPS tracking number (via email) so you can keep tabs on your order until it gets delivered to your door!
Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: TheClothingCove.com will make every attempt to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving an order. Occasionally we may require more time to locate a particular item, in which case we will contact you. The length of time the order takes to get to you once it has been shipped depends on the shipping option you choose.

Answer: A TheClothingCove.com com we do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible. If the order has not been fully processed, we will do everything possible to make your changes. If the order has been completed, you are responsible for the shipment and any costs incurred for changes.

Answer: Sometimes, we at TheClothingCove.com carry many items that are stocked year-round, occasionally we are back ordered with items to refill our warehouse. Trend fashion or seasonal items will go out of stock and will be replaced with new merchandise that gives you the best selection in current fashion.

Answer: Sales tax is charged only for packages shipped to addresses in the State of Michigan where The Clothing Cove has a store location. Currently, the sales tax is 6%. No other states will be charged sale tax.

Answer: On each product page we will indicate which size chart to use, your choices will be Classic, Contemporary or Women’s sizes. Click the size chart button and scroll down to the correct size guide. Some items are One Size. We will indicate on the product page if this item is true to size, runs small or has a generous fit. You may be familiar with the manufacturer and you can order your regular size.

Answer: At this time we do not ship outside the United States.

Answer: Split shipments are available if you call us at 1-866-685-2500. An additional shipping fee will be charged for all additional shipments.

Answer: Your purchase will be charged when you complete your checkout. In the event we can not fill or partially fill your order we will contact you you if there is a delay in shipping your order complete. We will refund to your method of payment for an item or items we are not able to fulfill or complete with a backorder per your approval.

Answer: Yes, within 7 days of your purchase in our boutique you may return or exchange unworn products with tags attached items and your sales receipt for an approved refund by a manager.

Answer: Details in our policy above, some items cannot be returned. Please bring your receipt and accepted return item(s) into our boutique within 7 days.
If you live out of the area and need an exchange shipped to you, please give us a call to request a replacement item that is currently available on our website. Depending on the item, we can create an even exchange and ship the item(s) for a $7 ship fee after your returned item with receipt is received in-store or shipped to us.

Answer: Yes, if you reside out of our area please abide by the 14-day return policy for online purchases made nationwide. Any local pick-up orders through our website will be ready in our boutique and returned in-store within 7 days.

Answer: When we receive the package theclothingcove.com will issue a credit to the original credit card used for the order. We only pay return shipping if the original shipment was sent damaged, defective or incorrect (wrong color, size or style). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
