The Clothing Cove wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return/exchange as long as it meets the following criteria:

1- Merchandise must be in new, unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition with the original price tags still attached.

2- All Social Wear, Pierced Earrings, Crystal Jewelry, Social Dresses, Social Shoes, Social Purses, Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.

3- When making a request for a refund in The Clothing Cove for a recent in-store purchase, or an online order from our website, note:
a) In-store return for full refund - we will be able to credit your original form of payment if items are returned to us within 7 days of your sales receipt.  Please read our return policy printed on each receipt. After an expired time for returns, you will be issued store credit instead of a full refund to your form of payment. 
b) In-store and online customers will be issued a number on a card: "Cove Credit". Please keep the information secure and bring the card back when shopping in The Clothing Cove.
c) Nationwide customers will need to pay their shipper: USPS, Fed Ex or UPS shipping costs incurred at time of shipment to return the item(s) back to The Clothing Cove for a refund or exchange. We will inspect unworn, unaltered returned items for the original tags to be attached to each item then determine the refund amount and issue it to a card: "Cove Credit" with a unique 13 digit card number recorded into your online order timeline.
d) For nationwide customer requesting an exchange, choose an item online at, then give us a call to make the purchase and apply the store credit. We are able to ship the new exchanged item(s) for a $7 fee. 
NOTE: The Clothing Cove cannot be responsible for a misplaced or stolen Gift Cards or "Cove Credit" cards.

4- For items returned from our nationwide customers' online orders, mail your return packages to:

For a refund back to your online form of payment the return has to be postmarked for delivery to us within 14 days of your sales receipt. You may pack your return merchandise in the original packaging if it is available. Include the Return/Exchange form that was included with your order. Any shipment of returned items not postmarked within 14 days of delivery may be exchanged for an item of your choice or store credit only. Please consider any return past 30 days of purchase date will be refunded with store credit only.

5-Exchanges - To request the exchange of an item, please call our Website Department #1-866-685-2500 or email us: to check the availability of your requested exchange item. After you ship the item for an exchange at your expense, we will mail an exchanged item, at our expense, one time per order.
6- We will refund the receipt cost of the item(s) only; we will not refund the shipping and handling fee on your order. All refunds must be made in the form of payment on your order.
7- When mailing a return to us; we suggest you choose the shipper of your choice and obtain a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in shipping.
8- Check your e-mail (including Spam folder). Usually your credit card company, PayPal or Amazon will send notification after processing refunds. Your financial institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account statement.
