Mend On The Move A Nod To Mod Earring

$28.00

Mend on the Move is a non-profit social enterprise that employs survivors of abuse in Metro Detroit. They create jewelry that provides them with an income while in recovery. The jewelry is made from salvaged auto parts and car seat leather interiors, symbolic of serving women locally in the "Motor City"

We give a nod to our pasts in order to heal but we don't stay stuck there. These earrings have a 1970s retro feel made from an auto condenser part donated from Ralco Industries.

Contrasting matte gold aluminum jump ring. Stainless steel wire. Made using salvaged auto parts.

We do not have control over the color supply. Colors may vary depending on leather availability. Pieces are handcrafted individually so designs may slightly vary.
