USPS Shipping Policy

TheClothingCove.com will process & ship your order within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm (EST) may be processed the following business day. Orders are subject to merchandise availability, we will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information to process your order.

FREE DOMESTIC SHIP on website orders over $150.00 shipped in the United States and U.S. Territories. During web order checkout, choose shipping method: "Orders over $150 - Free Shipping" after shopping TheClothingCove.com.

GLOBAL SHIP UNAVAILABLE for all international orders placed at TheClothingCove.com.  Global customers may receive an auto-email order confirmation yet a global shipment is not available due to software and international shipment tracking restrictions.  Have a question? FREE IN-STORE PICK-UP IS AVAILABLE if you live near The Clothing Cove in Michigan.  For any order amount, local customers may choose the free pick-up option. On the web order checkout page, choose shipping method: "In-Store Pick-Up". At your convenience, your web order will be ready for pick up at The Clothing Cove, 414 N. Main St., Milford, MI after you receive an auto-email shipping confirmation with non-tracking #0000000...

$500.00+ VALUE ORDERS: an adult signature will be required at time of delivery. If this is unavailable, the local USPS carrier may give re-delivery options and/or will take your shipment to the local post office for your pick up.

UPS Shipping Option

TheClothingCove.com uses USPS for all domestic shipments, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S.A. territories. USPS does not deliver on Sunday or Holidays.

We can ship your order by UPS to rural areas for an additional charge. After you place an order, please email: service@theclothingcove.com to request UPS shipment to a rural area. We will reply with the additional ship fee amount to be collected before shipment. UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an incorrect shipping address on your order, contact us immediately at 1-866-685-2500. We will make every attempt to correct the shipping address. Changes in addresses after the package has shipped will incur a USPS re-direct fee that we will need to collect so we will email the details to you.

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you by the phone number and email address on your order to collect the re-ship fee.

Please call us immediately at 1-866-685-2500 if your package is damaged before delivery. Send details and photos in email to service@theclothingcove.com. Save all the entire package, with original packaging materials, if the contents are damaged. We will discuss your options by phone and email to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. In some cases, we can work with you to replace the item as soon as possible.

Promotional Shipping Rates are not available through USPS.

E-Mail Notification

You will receive an auto-e-mail confirming your merchandise has been shipped. Remember to change your e-mail settings to accept all e-mails from service@theclothingcove.com. Your e-mail will include a tracking number so shipment can be tracked through Unitied States Postal Service site: www.usps.com (or United Parcel Service site: www.ups.com, if you emailed us for a special request, UPS shipment option).

If our shipment delivery is refused by the customer for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an incorrect/invalid shipping address, the customer will be charged for return shipping or if a refund is to be issued, the shipping fee will be subtracted from the refund amount.
